This tripartite agreement was concluded on November 17, 2025, between PAYCLE, fantasista Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Daichi Tano; TSE Standard: 1783; hereinafter "fantasista"), and YAMAKOMA ASSET BANK (Headquarters: Osaka City; CEO: Yuji Yamaguchi; hereinafter "YAB").

Courtesy Visit to the Minister for Digital Affairs Alongside the Mayor of Fukuoka and UPCX

In March 2025, the CEOs of PAYCLE Inc. and UPCX-Platforms Pte. Ltd., accompanied by Soichiro Takashima, the Mayor of Fukuoka City, paid a courtesy visit to Minister Masaaki Taira at the Digital Agency. During this visit, we presented an overview of PAYCLE’s business operations, as well as the technical characteristics and use cases of "UPCX," the Layer 1 blockchain we are jointly developing. Furthermore, we exchanged views on crypto-asset-related tax challenges in Japan and the current state of the Japanese Web3 industry.
