About Paycle

Founded an automobile dealership in 2010. Afterward, managed multiple companies in various fields such as public infrastructure, new energy sales, and food and beverage industries. With experience as a crypto investor, he believes blockchain technology has potential in finance and settlements. To drive innovation and change existing practices, he founded Paycle Inc. in 2018. Since 2025, he leads the joint research on blockchain as a distinguished professor at Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science.

With approximately a decade of experience, he has been dedicated to building scalable digital platforms across sectors such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), fintech, and enterprise SaaS. As the founder of Meetlabs, he has led an international team spanning Japan and Latin America, driving the design and development of technology-driven products. These include blockchain ecosystems, AI-powered enterprise platforms, and fintech infrastructure, all of which support corporate digital transformation (DX) and the growth of the new digital economy. He has joined Paycle to play a pivotal role in driving its business initiatives forward.

Engaged financial products trading at UBS Group, securitization at HVB Capital Securities, and strategic funding and IPO planning at Zaatech Technology. At Sawada Holdings, as a director, lead M&A of Khan Bank in Mongolia, investment into Solid Bank in Russia. Established NORI Corporation, facilitating international finance and M&A to his clients. Applies extensive knowledge and network in both banking and securities sectors to support blockchain finance system expansion at Paycle.

After working as a researcher at a major parts manufacturer in the Nissan Motor Group, he joined MHI Control Systems, where he served as System Division Manager, responsible for the design and implementation of control systems. Served as a visiting professor at the graduate school of Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science. Subsequently, held roles as CTO, technical director, and project manager at several companies. Currently serves as a specially appointed professor at the graduate school of Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science while contributing to Paycle’s blockchain project.

Worked for a leading office machinery manufacturer, researching expert systems for tasks such as copier fault diagnosis and the planning and development of image processing equipment. During this period, he conducted cutting-edge technology research as a visiting researcher at the University of Maryland. From 2000 onwards, he oversaw the standardisation and high reliability of fare calculations in station service systems at Omron Corporation. He also plans and promotes new businesses, such as those in the healthcare sector, and encourages the use of generative AI throughout the company. He has served on the committees of various industry organisations, including the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Development Association, and he supports Paycle's blockchain project with his extensive knowledge. He is a Professional Engineer (Information Engineering).
